Promotion of the European Qualifications Passport for Refugees project in Romania

The Ministry of Education through the National Center for Recognition and Equivalence of Diplomas organized, on June 27, 2022, together with the Council of Europe, a meeting to promote the European Qualifications Passport for Refugees - EQPR within the international project with the same name that follows the implementation of this tool for recognition in the European states.

29th annual meeting of the ENIC-NARIC networks

As the National Center for the Recognition and Equivalence of Diplomas for Membership of the ENIC-NARIC Networks, CNRED representatives participated, from 20 to 21 June 2022, in Dublin, Ireland, in the annual Joint Meeting of the ENIC-NARIC Network Member Centers National Academy for Academic Recognition and Information), organized by the European Commission, with the support of the European Council, UNESCO and the Center of Ireland.

CNRED launched the web platform CNRED.DEQAR.link within the DEQAR CONNECT project

Between 23rd and 24th of May, the working meeting organized by the European Register of Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education (EQAR) for the partners of the DEQAR CONNECT project took place in Rome, during which the representatives of the ENIC/NARIC Centers, including the ENIC/NARIC Romania Center, presented the modalities in which the data from the DEQAR database are used within their own electronic platforms and in the recognition workflow and digital accreditation.

CNRED and Higher Education Institutions in Romania are connected to European initiatives on facilitating the integration of refugees from Ukraine

At the invitation of the Council of Europe, the representatives of the National Center for the Recognition and Equivalence of Diplomas (CNRED) and of the higher education institutions in Romania participated today, 29th of March, in an information and training session dedicated to qualifications in Ukraine within the project European Qualifications Passport for Refugees - EQPR, along with other National Recognition Centers and universities in Europe, the USA and Australia.

The 2021 edition of the Single Market Scoreboard, published by the European Commission, places Romania above the European average

The European Commission published on Monday, December 20, the Single Market Scoreboard - 2021 edition. It provides a detailed overview of how EU single market rules were applied in the European Economic Area (EEA) in 2020. The scoreboard assesses Member States' performance in terms of market opening, governance tools, and certain policy areas, based on selected indicators, including the administrative cooperation between Member States through the Internal Market Information System (IMI System) - the Professional Qualifications module.
