The certificate of compliance may be/is issued to Romanian citizens, to citizens of the Member States of the European Union, of the European Economic Area, and to citizens of the Swiss Confederation, who obtained their qualifications in Romania, and apply for such a certificate, with a view to practise independently or as employees, certain professions which are not regulated under Romanian law, but which are regulated under the laws of the above mentioned states.

Certificate of conformity with the provisions of Directive 2005/36/EC for teaching staff in pre-unversity education

Certificate of conformity with the provisions of Directive 2005/36/EC for teaching staff in Higher Education

Non-regulated professions

Certificate of conformity of studies in compliance with the provisions of Directive 2005/36/EC for professions non-regulated under Romanian Law (CNRED)

Attestation of professional training and work experience acquired in Romania for professions listed in Annex IV of Directive 2005/36/EC (County Agencies for Payments and Social Inspection)
