The Ministry of Education, through the National Center for the Recognition and Equivalence of Diplomas, is a partner in the European project Enhancing the Coverage and Connectivity of QA in the EHEA through DEQAR (DEQAR CONNECT), funded by the Erasmus + program and coordinated by the European Quality Assurance Register in Higher Education (EQAR). This project aims at the activities carried out both within the National Recognition Centers of the ENIC/NARIC network, and at the level of the Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education.
This project, in which the Ministry of Education is a partner, aims both to expand the involvement of quality assurance agencies in higher education in the European Higher Education Area in the educational process, and to improve quality and connectivity by identifying new opportunities to use digital data and implementation of DEQAR data directly in the flow of the process of recognition of studies/diplomas, respectively of digital accreditation.
