The series of working meetings within the DEQAR CONNECT project continues

Together with the representatives of the ENIC-NARIC Centers from Italy, the Netherlands and France, the National Center for Recognition and Equivalence of Diplomas participated, on April 6, 2021, in the fourth online working meeting of the DEQAR CONNECT project.

The partners of this project follow the connection of their own electronic platforms with the DEQAR database, using and integrating the DEQAR data in the internal workflows specific to the recognition of study documents obtained abroad.

During the videoconference, the representatives of the ENIC-NARIC centers, including ENIC-NARIC Romania, presented the stage of integrating the data from the DEQAR platform into their own platforms and the actions planned until the end of May this year, when a new working meeting will take place with the representatives. EQAR (European Register of Quality Assurance for Higher Education) and ENIC-NARIC center experts.

The Ministry of Education, through the National Center for the Recognition and Equivalence of Diplomas, is a partner in the European project Enhancing the Coverage and Connectivity of QA in the EHEA through DEQAR (DEQAR CONNECT), funded by the Erasmus + program and coordinated by the Register European Quality Assurance Center for Higher Education (EQAR), being intended for the networks of the ENIC / NARIC National Recognition Centers and the Quality Assurance Agencies in Higher Education.

The aim of the DEQAR CONNECT project is to expand the involvement of quality assurance agencies in higher education in the European Higher Education Area and to improve connectivity by exploring new opportunities to use DEQAR data directly in the recognition workflow, digital accreditation, etc.
