CNRED participated today, February 12, together with the representatives of the ENIC-NARIC Centers from Italy, Netherlands and France, in the third online working meeting of the DEQAR CONNECT project.
The aim of the DEQAR CONNECT project is to expand the involvement of quality assurance agencies in higher education in the European Higher Education Area and to improve connectivity by exploring new opportunities to use DEQAR data directly in the recognition workflow, digital accreditation, etc.
During the videoconference, the EQAR representatives presented to the project partners the activities carried out so far within the DEQAR CONNECT project, simultaneously with a simulation of how the data from the DEQAR platform can be downloaded and viewed.
The representatives of the ENIC-NARIC centers also presented the roadmaps with the actions planned for the future for the integration of the data from the DEQAR platform within their own electronic platforms. The meeting ended with the presentation of the scheduled activities until the next meeting between the EQAR representatives and the experts of the ENIC-NARIC centers.
The Ministry of Education and Research, through the National Center for Diploma Recognition and Equivalence, is a partner in the European project Enhancing the Coverage and Connectivity of QA in the EHEA through DEQAR (DEQAR CONNECT), funded by the Erasmus + program and coordinated by the European Quality Assurance Register for Higher Education (EQAR).
Through this project, the Ministry of Education and Research will use the data taken from the DEQAR database within its own electronic platforms, in order to streamline the process of evaluating the recognition and equivalence files.
